Vendor and Visitor Safety Requirements

The Chancellor’s Cabinet has agreed to the following safety requirements for on-site vendors and visitors to protect the safety of the workplace in accordance to Cal/OSHA.

COVID-19 Safety Requirements for Vendors Onsite

Below are the District’s new safety requirements for vendors who will be onsite at the campuses.

All vendors must complete the following before visiting either campus:

  1. Receive a full vaccination against COVID-19, or
  2. Receive a negative COVID-19 test result in the last 72 hours with a PCR test, or 24 hours with an antigen test.

Masks are also required indoors at all times and outdoors if a physical distance can’t be maintained.

Vendors are responsible for complying with these requirements in order to continue to do business with the District. It is the vendor’s responsibility to verify that these requirements have been met.
