Public Records Requests

A request for public information can be made by filing a Public Information Request. The Governing Board Policy on Public Records provides an overview of the process for requesting public documents.

The District has 10 calendar days to respond to your request to determine whether the requested documents are disclosable public records. You will be notified if the District needs additional time for research. The response time may be extended for an additional 14 days.

Please be advised that there is a charge of 25¢ per copy to cover the cost of duplication of any documents and $15 per DVD copy for Governing Board meetings.
