3C Media Solutions, funded by the state Chancellor’s Office, can house and add closed-captioning to videos used for classes.  

YOUTUBE

Videos can also be posted to YouTube. The YouTube Help Center offers information about using YouTube.  Be sure to verify your account so you can upload videos longer than 15 minutes.
