WORKSHOPS

Four 6-week cohort tracks
Leading * Managing * Communicating * Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Sign up for one or all of the cohort tracks
- You don’t have to follow the suggested order
- Plan to attend all (3) courses in each 6-week track 

One 3-hour course
Performance Management
- Probation, Evaluations and Progressive Discipline
- Sessions offered monthly

One 1-hour course
GCCCD Fundamentals
- Employee Classifications, Contracts and Resources, BP’s & AP’s, Ed Code & Title 5
- Sessions offered monthly

 

COACHING
Cohort track will begin with a one hour coaching session in which you will identify your own goals in relation to the track and their department.  Coaches will introduce the purpose of the workshops and peer learning strategies while setting the tone for open and vulnerable dialogue.

 

PEER LEARNING
During the workshops, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with other leaders regarding your current or anticipated challenges in relation to deliverables needed/identified from the coaching sessions and in line with your goals.
