Police services at the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District are provided by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.

A Daily Crime Log (also known as a Media Bulletin) is available for public inspection at the Public Safety offices on each campus, hard copies are available free of charge when requested. The Daily Crime Log will include the most recent information from the past 60-day period. Any portion of the log that is older than 60 days is available within two business days of a request for public inspection. A weekly, electronic version of the log may be found here. It is posted on each Friday for convenience purposes only and the most up to date version is available at the Public Safety Offices of each campus.
The Grossmont Public Safety office is located at building 57 (on the east side of the parking garage). The Cuyamaca Public Safety office is located in building A, room 101. The hours of operation for each office is 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
In addition, a team of Campus and Parking Services specialists provides services such as safety escorts, vehicle battery jumps and unlocks, lost and found, and parking enforcement.

The Annual Security Report is available, as required by the Jeanne Clery Act.
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act requires higher education institutions to give timely warnings of crimes that represent a threat to the safety of students or employees, and to make public their campus policies. It also requires that crime data is collected, reported and disseminated to the campus community. Hard copies of the Clery Act are available free of charge at the Public Safety offices located at Grossmont College Campus Building 57 and Cuyamaca College Campus Building A-100. The Clery Act Report is available for viewing to all regular or prospective students, visitors and employees.
